How do we do it?
Before designing a Health and Wellness program for you, we carry out an initial Health Assessment of employees to determine the overall health status of your company. Once complete, we provide your company and each individual employee with reports and recommendations of which Health and Wellness program to adopt. Providing reports to each individual assists with staff buy-in and also allows them to take responsibility for their own health. Both the company and the individual have the option of deciding which program to take on.
Once the Health and Wellness program is in place, we don't stop there! An important part of our service is that we provide ongoing motivation and support, along with regular monitoring and reporting on the status of the health of your employees and your company. This way we ensure that you and your staff achieve your vision.
